Heikki Huhtamäki Appointed to the Sanctions Committee of the Ministry of Justice and to the Legal Education Reform Committee of the Ministry of Education

As a representative of the Finnish Bar Association, our partner Dr. Heikki Huhtamäki has been appointed as vice member to the Legal Education Reform Committee of the Ministry of Education assigned to evaluate the current state and reform needs of the legal education in Finland.

Additionally, also as a representative of the Finnish Bar Association, Heikki has been appointed as a vice member to the Sanctions Committee of the Ministry of Justice to prepare the implementation of the upcoming directive on the definition of criminal offences and penalties for the violation of Union restrictive (sanction) measures.
