Guide on shareholders’ agreements

Huhtamäki Brothers has written a Guide on Shareholders’ Agreements (“Osakassopimusopas” in Finnish) for The Finnish Business School Graduates, Academic Engineers and Architects in Finland, and TEK Union of Professional Engineers in Finland. The guide has been published by the mentioned special interest organizations in May 2019, and intends to provide general guidance on the mentioned agreements to the individual members of these organizations.
